This map shows all earthquakes with any reported magnitude from the past 24 hours, straight from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) public earthquake feed. The bubble size reflects magnitude and the color intensity reflects recency.
Click any earthquake to see its magnitude, exact place description, depth, and the time it occurred. The map polls the feed once a minute, so new seismic events appear without a page reload.
