What is StraightArrow?

StraightArrow draws a straight directional arrow between two points on the map. The arrow includes a triangular head at the end point showing direction. It is commonly used in military plotting, tactical mapping, direction indicators, and flow visualization. The arrow body and head are styled with configurable fill and stroke colors.

How to draw

To draw a StraightArrow, select StraightArrow mode. Click the start point, then click the end point of the arrow. Double-click to finish. The arrow head automatically points in the direction from start to end.

Common uses

Straight arrows are used in military symbology, tactical maps, direction indicators, flow charts, traffic routing, and any visualization that requires showing direction or movement from one point to another.

GeoJSON output

Each geometry is converted to standard GeoJSON (RFC 7946) format with WGS84 coordinates. Copy or download the output for use in any GIS or mapping application.
